Meet, Eric Foster! A student resilience and motivational speaker! Eric provides first-hand experiences to students as he unfolds his life and colligate challenges that have made him into the individual he is today!

Shaped by his mother’s unwavering faith, Eric emerged from adversity as a survivor, not a pastor. His childhood took a tumultuous turn at 11 with the loss of his mother, propelling him into adulthood significantly earlier than his peers. In his teens, Eric faced academic struggles, kicked out of school more than in class. At 20, a determination for a better future led him back to education. Enrolling at Valencia College, he paved the way to Florida International University, earning a bachelor’s and master’s in education and sports management. Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in higher education leadership at Florida Atlantic University, Eric focuses on Black male experiences and retention rates. Beyond academia, Eric draws from his adversity to inspire and empower others on their path to greatness.”
